Title Insurance

Title insurance protects property owners and lenders against loss from defects in the title. We issue both owner's and lender's title insurance policies from leading national underwriters.

Our policies protect against undisclosed heirs, forged documents, recording errors, and other title defects that may not be discovered during a standard search.

Closings

We coordinate and conduct real estate closings throughout the New York metropolitan area. Our experienced closers handle all aspects of the closing process, including document preparation, fund disbursement, and recording.

Municipal Searches

Municipal searches reveal any outstanding violations, open permits, certificates of occupancy issues, and other municipal matters that may affect a property. We search all relevant municipal agencies to ensure a comprehensive review.

Survey

We coordinate property surveys with licensed surveyors to identify boundaries, easements, encroachments, and other physical conditions that may affect the property. Survey readings are a critical component of the title examination process.

Zoning Reports

Our zoning reports provide detailed information about a property's zoning classification, permitted uses, bulk requirements, and any variances or special permits. Essential for buyers, developers, and lenders.
